Return & Cancellation Policies

Art Print Policies
All art print sales are final for both original and printed art.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen art will be replaced. No refunds will be given. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy: Art Print orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours and if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order". Prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. Due to costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed, a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your cancelled order will be deducted from your refund.

Seconds Sale or any other sale: All Sales Are Final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Framed Artwork Policies

Shipping and Processing Policies
Print Order Processing Time: This refers to the time it takes for me to receive your order and print / prepare it for shipping. This typically falls in the range of 3-5 business days, depending on how many orders are ahead of yours. After print and hand packaging each item is mailed out. Time of [order, print, packing and ship time typically falls between 10-14 days.] Thank you for everyone's patience.

Domestic Shipping Policy: Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout.

International Shipping Policy: - TBD - I will be working on shipping internationally as soon as I am able. thank you for your patience.

Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 20% re-print charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. (This means that the buyer owns the art product they purchased, but I own the rights to the image of the work. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork upon commission. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I simple request to be referenced. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be reproduced in any way without my written permission.
