ORDER MINIMUMS

Minimum purchase on all orders is $150. See catalogue for wholesale print size options and pricing.

 

ORDER/PAYMENT METHOD

For Wholesale orders I currently accept standard payment by credit card through my website wholesale pay portal form. Payments are made via the form provided on the password-protected catalogue page (Password to catalog and wholesale order/pay forms will be provided to each client after setting up your individual wholesale account). You'll be sent an email with a login in order to view the catalog and pay your invoice (using an identifying PO (Purchase Order) number per order request shortly after placing your order.)

 

SHIPPING

Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, and is calculated after receiving your purchase order request. You will be provided with an invoice including shipping costs which must be paid in full before your order is created and shipped to you. (Possible no shipping for local shops, info to be included on final Purchase Order form)

 

LEAD TIME

After submitting your order, you will receive an invoice (with the PO number) from me via email within 1-3 buisness days with order details and the final cost including shipping. Once you have received the invoice, it is your responsibility to pay for your final order through the Wholesale Pay Portal Form (located on the secure wholesale login page). Once you have paid for your order, your order will be curated and shipped to you via USPS within 2-4 weeks (this will vary depending on the size of your order, your location and how many orders are ahead of yours). A more accurate shipping estimate can be provided once the order has been placed). If you need to place a rush order just let me know and I will do what I can to get your prints to you as soon as possible! (additional charges may apply for rush orders)

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns will only be accepted if there is damage or you are not satisfied with the product, and must be returned within 15 days of receiving the product. After your order has been processed, there will be a 20% fee for any cancellations, and cancellations must be requested within one week of confirming your order.
